Your HAVN Orders: Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We get it, you want your order ASAP - we are as excited as you are to get your HAVN products in your hands! A few things to note about why you order may not be to you yet:
1. It takes up to 48 business hours (or two business days) to process orders once they've been placed. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with all the necessary tracking information to help you follow the progress of your shipment
2. If you have paid for 2 day shipping, it will be to you 2 days after the 48 hour (two business days) processing period. If you place an order on Friday with 2 day shipping, it can take up to the following Wednesday, depending on order time, to ship out to you. If your order doesn't arrive within 2 days after the 2 business day processing window, we will happily refund you the extra shipping fee. Please just write into [email protected] with your order number.
3. If you ordered a backordered or pre-sale product, your order will automatically be split and tracking information sent to your email if the product that is not in stock is expected to arrive later than 2 weeks from order date. If the out of stock product is expected to arrive within 2 weeks of order date, orders will only be split upon request (please write in to [email protected] if you need your in-stock HAVN products sooner). Please check your original confirmation email to know when the expected ship date is for any backordered or pre-sale product. We will keep you posted if there are any changes with this ship date.
If you believe order is stuck in transit, please reach out to us directly at [email protected] and we'll get you taken care of.
If you find that an item is missing from your order, it is likely due to a backordered or pre-sale item that hasn't come back into stock yet. Please check your original confirmation email for the expected ship date for that specific product. If you are past the expected delivery date from that item, please let us know and we will get you taken care of.
If this is not the case, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we'll get you taken care of.
Underwear: We think you’ll love your HAVN underwear so much, we offer a 30-day trial period for your first pair of HAVN underwear. If you’re not sold by day 30, you can keep the underwear and get a full refund (offer only valid for 1 pair of underwear).
Other HAVN apparel: Please keep in mind HAVN were made with the first wash in mind! If you wash on cold, delicate and hang dry and still don't love the fit of your HAVN products (or for any other reason), we accept a return for a full refund on your product within 30 days of purchase. Grab your order number (in the email that was sent upon purchase) and reach out to our awesome Customer Happiness Team at [email protected] and they will be more than happy to help you process your return.
Please note for U.S. orders, we offer free return postage. For all international orders, including Canadian orders, return postage is not provided.**We do not refund the initial shipping fee for orders less than $200**
We offer free exchanges for any unworn product for 30 days after purchase. Just send us an email to [email protected] to initiate your exchange.
Please communicate with us and let us know your order number and color / size preference. If the exchange is possible, we will update your order accordingly and process it for shipment. For color exchanges, be aware that many of our colors are a small batch, limited edition run and we may not have the proper size or color left in stock. For US orders only, we'll send you a return label for your exchange for no additional cost.
If you need your exchange sooner rather than later, we suggest placing a new order and then we can process a return and refund for you with the original order. If you are wanting to process an international return, please reach out to [email protected] with your order number and we will get you taken care of.
If you need to return an item for a refund, contact us and we will initiate the return for you. You will receive an email with return instructions shortly after. Please check your inbox and spam folder for this email. After you've shipped back the return, we will process your refund for you.
We can only process refunds onto the original method of payment. Please note it can take 3-5 business days for your refund to reflect back onto your original form of payment.

If you are an international customer outside of the US, you are responsible for any additional taxes and fees upon entry into your country of origin. Shipping typically around 4 weeks. If your package gets returned for any reason, we are more than happy to replace the items for you.

Yes! For orders over $200, we offer free Standard shipping. **Only valid for orders shipping within the United States**
Yes, we offer 2 day shipping (this does not include the 2 business days processing window) within the US for an additional cost.
We ship everywhere in the world including P.O. Boxes and all military locations via their APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. Depending on the shipping location, your order may be subject to import taxes and other fees charged by the local customs authority and/or our preferred carrier.
Please note: if you are an international customer outside of the US, you are responsible for any additional taxes and fees upon entry into your country of origin. Shipping typically around 4 weeks. If your package gets returned for any reason, we are more than happy to replace the items for you.
HAVN does not cover international customs duties & fees. We have partnered with Passport, which allows visibility into the taxes & duties owed at checkout. If this does not always cover 100% of taxes and duties owed, you are responsible for any additional taxes and fees upon entry into your country of origin. Shipping typically around 4 weeks. If your package gets returned for any reason, we are more than happy to replace the items for you.
If you want or need to make updates to your order after it's been submitted, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or on our chat during business hours and we will do our best to make those changes prior to it shipping out.
Once your order has been packed, we are unable to make any changes to it. However, if updates need to be made we can alway help with a return or reprocess a new order in the case of an incorrect address.
HAVN Care
Washing
We recommend washing your HAVN products on cold and delicate with like colors. You can safely use your regular detergent. Ironing your HAVN products is completely safe as well. Keep in mind your HAVN products were made for the first wash and it is completely normal for them to shrink slightly after that initial wash.
Drying
Please hang dry only, otherwise your HAVN products will have additional shrinkage.
If you give your HAVN products proper care, with a cold wash with like-fabrics and hanging to dry, you can extend the WaveStopper™ fabric life for up to 300 washes. By giving your HAVN products the TLC they deserve, you’ll be rewarded with extended protection and peace of mind.
**** Given the variable nature of how we each care for our apparel + the natural wear and tear from wearing & washing, we can’t guarantee how long your HAVN products will last. We recommend replacing your HAVN products every 2 to 3 years for optimal protection performance.
Product Questions
Nope! We have woven the silver fibers in with the others in a way that creates a soft and comfortable feel. You are able to easily replace your HAVN products with your go-to, every day apparel!
We have worked closely with former Lululemon experts to develop a light-weight, breathable, and extremely comfortable fabric to make HAVN not only the healthiest apparel you'll ever wear, but also extremely comfortable daily wear.
No it does not. The reason some products with silver can be harmful is because the fibers are infused with nano-particles of silver. These nano-particles can shed from the fiber it is infused with and, in turn, can be absorbed into the body.
At HAVN, instead of infusing nano-particles with our fibers, we completely coat them with pure silver. Therefore, the silver does not separate from the fiber and will not be absorbed by the body.
The simple answer: the silver lining of our fabric. Silver is 100% hypoallergenic and is even recommended to be worn for those that have been diagnosed with certain skin diseases.
Silver fibers have naturally occurring antimicrobial / antibacterial properties.
Our fabric has been tested in a military-grade laboratory and was given the rating of being UPF 50+ (the highest protection against UVA/UVB rays).
Yes, it will set off the scanner! You can either wear it through TSA and see it for yourself, or wait until you get through the scanner to change into your HAVN products.
As a part of our regular production, black is currently the only color we will be consistently producing in order to better keep up with the demand. HOWEVER...we do 2-3x monthly color drops for our products and always love hearing your suggestions if you write into us at [email protected]
While this is not our focus now, this could be something we do down the line. Right now, we want to put our energy and resources into continuing to develop and expand upon our current offerings.
HAVN Wavestopper™ technology is lab-tested to protect from 99% of radiation between the frequencies of 450MHz to 42Ghz.
Yup. We know. It’s not cheap. So what makes HAVN so much more expensive than an average big bucks store garment?
#1, the fabric. Our proprietary fabric uses over 40% of silver fibers and cost the same to produce as cashmere. This is not counting the R&D cost in order to make it soft and cozy.
#2, the manufacturing. We care about making the most premium, high-quality clothing on the planet. That means we partnered with a factory that pays equitable wages, fair time-off, and who is certified OEKO-TEX - then highest environmental rating. That means that we pay a ~30% premium on manufacturing - and we wouldn’t want to have it any other way.
#3, the quality-control. You trust us with your long-term health. We take this seriously. That means that we have increased quality control to ensure every production batch is respecting our highest quality standards.
All in, our cost of production is ~10x that of a normal, equivalent piece of clothing. Now, we could (maybe) do it without #2 and #3 to shave a few dollars off. But it wouldn’t be right. It wouldn’t be HAVN. Our commitment? With us, you will always get what you pay for.

Please be advised that while we do offer wholesale programs and sell a few SKUs on Amazon, if you encounter our products being sold through other channels, it's essential to understand that there's a possibility that these items may be outdated. This could occur due to various reasons such as:
Old Inventory: The products being offered for sale might be from older batches of inventory that we have since updated or replaced with newer versions or models.
Expired Products: Some products may have expiration dates, or they might become outdated due to advancements in technology or changes in industry standards. Purchasing from unauthorized sellers could result in receiving products that do not meet the latest specifications.
Limited Availability: Without authorized resellers, the availability of our products in the market may be limited. Therefore, the items being sold by other sources could be remnants from discontinued lines or leftover stock from limited production runs.
We are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. If you receive a defective product or if it does not meet your expectations, please reach out to us with details and photos of the issue. We will provide instructions for returning the item and discuss replacement options.
Our beanies and caps are designed as a one-size-fits-all product with silver lining that will naturally stretch out upon usage. If you find that your beanie does not fit as expected, give it a few days to adjust to your head size. However, if you are still unsatisfied, we are here to help. HAVN Technology
We recommend you consult your doctor about this, we have not gone through testing with our fabric and these kinds of medical devices.
WaveStopper™ Technology uses the principle of electromagnetic shielding: radiation cannot pass through a tight conductive grid if the diameter of the holes of the knit is smaller than its wavelength (picture going through a fence if the holes are smaller than your head). WaveStopper™ creates an effective electromagnetic shield that protects your body from wireless radiation by seamlessly integrating close-knit conductive SilverFlex™ fibers completely surrounding HAVN apparel. WaveStopper™ features a full layer of SilverFlex™ fibers. Silver provides the conductivity necessary for WaveStopper™ to be an effective electromagnetic shield. In addition, it brings natural antimicrobial, "stink-free", heat regulating, and hypoallergenic properties to all of HAVN apparel. SilverFlex™ fibers are toxic-free, do not use any nano-particles, and cannot be scratched off or washed out.
This is a great (and common) question!

Therefore, the way in which you are have performed the test is actually to see how effective your HAVN products are at keeping radiation inside, which, of course, is not the intention. The other thing to note is that the only proper way to test the effectiveness of radiation blocking is in a lab (which you can read about how we did ours here).
With that being said, if you really want to test your HAVN products at home, here are a few tips - but please bear in mind this is not a proper scientific test. Start by first purchasing a high-quality EMF meter.
Then the best way to measure blockage of radiation with this reader is with the product worn or fully closed around your body. Another way to test is to place the reader inside and wrap it with your HAVN products. Place your phone near and around the reader (wrapped with HAVN products) to measure the percentage of radiation that reaches the reader. Think of the reader as your body - our body is inside the product and our cell phone is outside the product so you want to replicate that with the EMF meter to see how much radiation reaches inside.

Nope! Your HAVN products, and EMF shielding products for that matter, do not need to be grounded to be effective.
EMF coming from common devices do not emit sufficiently high electrical charges to need to be grounded. Only cases were a shielding needs to be grounded are:
- High-intensity, large surge suppressors (whole-house or standby generator protection)
- Faraday cages that have conductors penetrating into the faraday cage
Therefore, an electromagnetic shielding around the body for EMF protection from consumer devices does in fact, not need to be grounded.
The protection created by HAVN products is a mix of reflection and absorption. With the full 360º lining inside our products, we cover more than enough surface area to not act as an antenna.
Wireless Radiation Questions
A myth among the public is that wireless radiation being non-ionizing, they cannot cause cancer. This is inexact, as non-ionizing radiation are just as dangerous as ionizing radiation, just for a different reason. Today, there is sufficient scientific evidence of cellular damage caused by non-ionizing radiation that can lead to cancer. What is true is that ionizing radiation and non-ionizing radiation do not harm our cells the same way as their biological impacts differ. Ionizing radiation generates a high energy that causes the electrons of atoms to dislodge - effectively creating the “ions”, directly damaging to the DNA; whereas non-ionizing radiation leads to an increase in free radicals, promoting oxidative stress that is the root cause of cancer, cardiovascular diseases and other diseases.
Studies have shown EMFs can increase oxidative stress, and in turn lead to:
- Cancer
- Fertility issues and lower testosterone
- Neurodegenerative diseases, such as Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s
- Heart disease
- Memory, learning, cognition, attention and behavioral problems.
- Hypertension
- Diabetes
- Oxidative stress, which also contributes to aging.
